Catching up on what I’m actually knitting…

It seems like I pick up a new project before I really finish the last. “It seems”, well, in actuality, that’s just what I do. I have at least 3 sweaters that are complete except for picking up the collar and knitting a few rounds. I think it’s knowing that if I finish them, they will have to migrate from my safe and protected knitting basket to my always scattered and cramped closet. I don’t think they deserve to live in there.

This project, however, I know will be completed as there is no collar or sleeves with which to procrastinate.

This is my first blog, and I’m glad it was yours. I too just learned to knit, only I’m 50 and I know the meaning of life is to live well and have the best time you can.

    Good luck on your sweaters.

Jamie, do you think we can do "bob" mostly in the round? I haven’t studied the pattern enough to figure out the top, but it should be doable, no? Great pattern, and thanks for sharing it on Knitty!!
