I saw these bucket bags on eBay and thought they were so cute. I haven’t tried to felt anything yet and these would be a good sized experimental project. I actually have, in my small stash, 4 skeins of Chunky Lamb’s Pride in 2 different shades of blue that will work beautifully - I’ll be sure to post my progress.

I love those bags!! Do you have a link where I might find the pattern?

This is the only pattern I could find and it’s not quite the same: http://www.knitwitts.com/detail.asp?Cat_ID=80&Prod_ID=1263
I think I would just cast on 6 sts and knit circularly, increasing 5 times every other row or every other 4th row, whatever looks right until you get the width you want + 20% (to leave room for felting). Then continue in circles for the length + 20%. Knit the handles with large iCords, sew together and felt.
