It has eyelets at the cuff and all over the shoulder - very unusual. I’m using Gedifra Rosana Stretch that I got for a couple dollars a ball from eBay. It think it’s long discontinued but it has a wonderful stretch. This sweater is going to feel more like a t-shirt.

This is a beautiful sleeve. It looks lacey and t-shirty at the same time. I am not familar with Lang patterns, but this makes me interested in seeing others. Can’t wait to see a front or back — do they have this detailing?

what a beautiful sweater! elegant and pretty but not frou-frou girly. exactly my style–I’ll have to hunt down Lang patterns. I can’t tell from the picture, is it shaped at the waist?

Yes, there are eyelets across the bodice, then at the neckline - see the picture from the pattern to the right under "In Progress".
There aren’t many places that sell Lang patterns online and none in my city (Portland). I have 4 or 5 of their books but I got them all off eBay. Gotta love eBay.

It does have shaping and the length is a lot longer than the picture shows. I’ve just finished the back so I’ll post pictures soon….
