I had to pull this out of yesterday’s comments - thanks to Elizabeth for letting us know about Hamilton Books. The discounts are fantastic. One of my favourite books, Comforts of Home, retails for $29.95 but Hamilton is selling it for $7.95! Gotta love a good deal.

Well, I just went to Hamilton books and ordered 5 sewing books — but only $23 what a deal! Thanks for the reminder about them. I mostly got the Threads books. All your sewing is very inspiring! By the way, I dug out my Burda and on second look the clothes are pretty cool! I can’t find it locally though….

Ha! I just finished my order, too. I got 7 books for $37 including shipping!

Walmart.com also has great discounts on books (even knitting and sewing books).

That’s right, I forget about Walmart. My mom told me that they often have sewing patterns on sale for $1.99, too. I end up doing most of my shopping online at work anymore. Yea, corporate America.
